18 THINGS A LADY SHOULD NEVER DO

So I was pondering on these rules for the ladies and thought it would be great to share with all the amazing ladies who take out time to read or visit my blog. I added the last point though.

1. Do not wear a vest or sleeveless top without shaving your armpits or without
    a bra underneath.
2. Do not leave chipped nail polish to wear off on its own, there's a reason why
    they sell nail polish remover.
3. If you can’t afford good quality weaves,DON'T bother!
 
4. Do not do artificial nails that makes you look like a drag queen,simple is always sexy.
5. See-through leggings or a top used as a dress when you are out in public is a
    HELL-TO-THE-NO!
6. Never do things for a man with a hope of getting something in return, such
   expectations are dangerous and are always cut-off!Do it because you simply
    WANT TO!
7. Never contradict what your man says - in public.
8. Never stalk the man that left you for the other woman.Only MORONS do that!
9. Do not share your best friend's personal life with every Tom, Dick and Harry.
10. Women should never act on distress in relationships like
      checking your man’s phone,nagging him to death, and acting like a paranoid
      freak. You will simply release him to someone else by doing so. You just
      have to be wise like a SERPENT.
11. Never dish out your entire family drama on a first date. The guy just wants
      to know about you.
12. Stop obsessing over your body.It’s good to eat healthy and workout but let's
      leave it at that.
13. Never over-accessorize.STOP looking like a dumb Christmas tree.
14. Never leave home without a lip gloss, your phone and most of all, your 
      dignity.
15. Never leave your used sanitary towel in the toilet for the next person to see.
16. Never wear very high heels if you can’t do the Naomi Campbell walk. You 
      look like a DUMB DRUNK GRASSHOPPER LOL.
17. Never wish to be like any other woman. There are others out there envying
      you for who you are!
18. Never look down on yourself, you are someone's priceless treasure. Walk tall.

I had a conversation with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and after that I took a while to think if I should write something on this or not. What triggered that conversation was that, a crippled woman on a wheel chair pulled up beside my car in traffic asking for alms; She had an obviously malnourished child who should be about two years old with her and was clearly pregnant with another child. My big rhetorical question was "What kind of person would do this to this woman?" TAKE A BREATHER, WILL YOU?

It's a casual Tuesday for me Guys, no thanks to my drycleaner 😩😳😞😞 So,  as I was trying to come up with a simple, casual ensemble to wear out this morning, my house keeper walks into my room with my wig all brushed up nicely and handed it over to me, she saw the look of despair on my face as she handed it to me,  and quietly dropped the wig on my dressing table. I told her after dressing up, that I do not want any wigs, extensions or attachments on my hair for a few days , at least until the coming week, "let my hair and scalp breathe",  I said. YOUR DREAMS CAN BECOME REALITY

It's amazing how God makes our dreams, aspirations and goals become reality if we stay focused and work towards them. I remember  as a little girl, I would call my siblings together, we would use our pencils as microphones and sing everything we felt like singing from church choruses, to the rhymes we learnt at school to the the local high life we hear on the radio. I remember my brother always went off (LOL )and we would all scream at him to 'shut up'. I knew this is what I would do for the rest of my life-Singing. Today, I am a recording artiste and feel really blessed for a great beginning at this, it can only better. Music is life, it is food to the soul.
